We very rarely showcase properties that are up for auction as they tend to get snapped up very quickly, but only a few days ago, we came across two that we had to share with you. Both these properties we believe are stunning and would make fantastic addition to any property portfolio.

So let’s start with Haras De L’Ermitage, located in Normandy, France. This area of France is normally overlooked but is actually a lovely part of the country. It is easy to travel to Paris by either car or helicopter and you are only a few hours from Bordeaux, world-renowned for producing award-winning wine, and home to Lafite-Rothschild, Latour, Margaux and Haut-Brion. For those of you who are not so keen on the heat in the summer, this will be right up your street as temperatures in the summer reaching around 21 Celsius and in the winter around 4 Celsius.
