Not all of us want to sit on the beach and soak up the sun or escape to the city. There are some who want a little more adventure, to get close to nature, to have large open spaces. So where can one go experience this, where in the world can you experience a large variety of activities that can get the blood flowing, and good news for you, there is such a place…

Welcome to France but more importantly Chalet Pelerin which is located in a small village enabling you to have a real authentic experience of France and it’s locals. With Italy only a few miles away you are in one of the best locations in Europe to go skiing and heli-skiing for those of you who want a little more adventure.

It is not all about skiing, but in the summer you have a large variety of activities such as mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, rock climbing and for those of you who can ride a horse (to which I can’t) explore the scenery on Horseback.

This Chalet can do it all throughout the year!  Now I know what you are thinking, skiing season has passed, so why would I suggest you go here? Well, you are correct in thinking this. In fact, most ski resort will close at the end of April, but there are many in this area that remains open until the end of May and don’t forget you are a stone through away from Italy.

What about the Chalet?

I have seen many chalets, but this is one the best regarding location. You are only 30 minutes drive from incredible ski terrain – Sainte Foy, Val d’Isère, Tignes, Les Arcs and La Rosière and as mentioned before only a few miles from the Italian border. The Chalet has four king bedrooms and one bunkroom with four twin beds. You also have access to an indoor pool, a Finnish sauna and steam room, including an outdoor hot tub. You have access to over 5,500 square foot of space allowing the chalet to entertain up to 14 guests.
